Not sure if anyone cares but for awhile there were a few of us buying mono crystal solar panels on ebay. 200/400/600 watts. I bought a Blue Sky DUO MPPT/Diversion charge controller since I use a hybrid system.
I rarely think a product is easy to install and worth the money. But I must say that this charge controller was easy to install. Most controllers require tons of "settings" the default settings are all that I needed to get started.
Adding a dump load was cake. Since its a diversion controller you can run PV Array and a Wind Turbine with the same controller you have to use a dump load. The controller has a output for it. Easy one wire hook up from the dump load to controller.
This controller with just my PV Array (no wind) charged all 6 golf cart batteries with ease. It keeps them at about 14.3 volts. I used my friends battery charger and it didn't do a fraction of as good of a job nor ever fully charged the batteries. This controller charging the battery bank did a ton better job. For $420 it was a excellent investment. If your using a array and need a controller this Blue Skies MPPT Duo Diversion Controller gets a A+
