I could have duplicated that picture at Shawnee.
My coach on site #314 sat between two behemoths
on each side. One was Byron Songer's SOB at #313
and I have already forgotten the name of the
coach owner who was at #315. Damn CRS!

Engine threw its belts 20 miles from Shawnee
and just 10 miles from home!

Thanks to advice on cellphone from Richard
Hodges, I was able to fill radiator after cool
down and limped 2 miles to an RV dealer where
we left it until Monday until we can get a tow
to a repair place.

Maiden voyage didn't work out so well, but had
a great time anyway and got new SullyBag install
done. Coach seems to ride pretty nicely on the
deteriorated concrete of I-40.

Got help from Emery Stora finding a major water
leak that soaked the carpet and major help from
Ken Burton in diagnosing a charging problem of
the house batteries.

Lots of stuff to work on, for sure.

Thanks to those who provided us such valuable
(and FREE!) assistance. What a great group!

interested in why this happened. Have not seen much of this since we
talked about the steps to fix the OEM BELTS.

you can go home with only one of the oem belts in place, wonder if they all
came off, and did one break to cause this ?

Sorry, but I can't answer your questions at this time.
All belts came off; no water pump, alternaor, power
steering, etc. A/C not operational, but I think the
belt was there.

I'll post when I find more info. Got the replacement
belts today. If I could find local help to get the
water pump and power steering belts on, I could drive
it home. Otherwise I'll have to have it towed SOMEWHERE
to have it worked on.

if the ac belt is still there, you could drive home with that
alone, because it will drive the water pump also.

this is the beauty of the OEM belt system, each belt has a specific
function, but each will drive the water pump to get you home.

with out the alternator run the Onan to charge the battery using the
combiner (you have a combiner right?) or jumper the isolator

without the power steering pump , just steer hard ;>)

the OEM belts will not let you down

I'm pretty sure that all belts were shed.

No power steering, no coolant circulation,
no charging. A/C doesn't work anyway.
