From Tulsa to Wellston--$6.75 NOT my choice of best route.
From Tulsa to Chandler--$4.25 Shorter & better roads. Take SH 18 South to I-40, Then go West to Hwy 177 (Exit 181), then South.
The Turnpike is faster & shorter. One toll plaza on each turnpike. Well worth the cost. Lord knows I spend enough on them.

From OK/MO state line to Tulsa east side it's $6.75 on Will Rogers Turnpike (also I-44).
From Tulsa west side to Stroud on Turner Turnpike (still I-44) is $3.00. Then pick up OK-99 to go south to I-40 then west for 19 miles to US-377.
From Tulsa to Chandler on Turner Turnpike (still I-44) is $4.25. Then pick up OK-18 to go south to I-40 then west for 5 miles to US-377.
Shawnee Expo Center is south on US-377, maybe 3-5 miles, if I'm not mistaken.
If anybody else has questions about OK turnpike costs, go to
www.pikepass.com drop me a line.[/quote]
So...
Run the tolls to Wellston (13.50)
South on US177 1011 miles
Run the tolls to Chandler (11.00)
South on SR 18 1008 miles
Run the tolls to Stroud (9.75)
South on SR 99/US377 1012 miles
At 4$/gallon - Chandler and Stroud are a real toss-up.
Last time we came this way we were following Rt-66 and were only on one toll road a short ways.
Thanks for the native guide.
