I have pulled out the original hot water tank (110v did not work and the hot water stank).
Now I have the engine hot water hoses available for some other use. Has anybody ran these hoses through an auxiliary heater such as a 'Mojave' truck heater so the rest part of the coach can get some engine heat?

I added a heater in the rear
I ran a hose from the exit of the HWH to the rear heater core ( from ebay ) and then ran the hose back to connect to the return hose.
I use a couple of muffin fans to blow air through the heater core.
The Muffin fans are controlled by relay that is controlled by a thermostat set at 70 degrees. It can be set higher or lower if needed.
I did this as a last effort to get heat in the coach for cold travels. (before I found out why the HVAC did not heat, now that works better). With this rear heater alone, the coach warms up nicely, so nicely the spoiled rotton Greyhounds sleep through the trip now days while I have to drive along...
I have considered replacing the hwh heater with an instant water heater ( electric ) but I don't use much water, at least not yet.
The rear heater was the best improvement to date.
