1... BECAUSE IT IS THE CONVENTION!
The convention that is backed by an organization dedicated to promoting
the legacy, enjoyment and use of GMC Motorhomes.
Members and attendees are superb! Where camaraderie, fun and down
right laughter is the norm.
If you do not have your registration in as of yet, go to www.gmcmi.com
and the download the interactive registration pdf and mail it in soon.
Postmark deadline is March 10.
Unable to attend the entire convention, do not hesitate! Email or call me
and I get right on working up a prorated convention fee to fit your
schedule.

Didn't even mention the ice cream. What's up with that? We get the best that the local community has to offer. The prettiest and sweetest ladies will be serving, along with a few rough looking guys.
Also, I did not see the race mentioned. Just watching the audience laugh and have fun is worth all of the time and trouble that goes into it. It almost got cancelled. Thanks for not doing that. Walt, Ray, and all of the guys from the Great Lakers have really done a fine job computerizing this thing. Just like Nascar, no guessing who wins with these guys taking care of buisness.
When I was a kid, I wondered what old people did for fun. Well, not to get myself in trouble here, but I have "arrived".

Around Oklahoma and increasingly in Kansas and Texas,
you'll be hard-pressed to find better than the ice cream
and other products from Braum's! No hormones and they
have their own dairy herds. Yummy stuff, indeed!

Well, you can get Blue Bell in places such as Wal-Mart,
Sam's, and Homeland, etc. stores. The only place that sells
Braum's good stuff is their own stores!
You'll see! I think there may be a Braum's store right
on I-40 at the exit to the rally!

If you're going to Braums -- may I suggest, start with their cheeseburger and if you don't have a shake with the burger, then enjoy the ice cream.

Hey, I just remembered that Shawnee is the home of the first Sonic -- so you have to go there for a foot long chili dog or a Frito chili pie and maybe some tots!!

Mike, only one other GMCer I know who enjoys quality ice cream as much as I do, Gerald Wheeler. Now he can put it away.

I believe it the US-177 exit that's a couple of miles west
of the exit to the Shawnee business district. There's a
large mall complex on the north side of I-40. I'm not
really sure if there is a Braum's there. Try googling
Braum's and I'm sure you can find more info. Randy
van Winkle may actually be more familiar with the area
than I am. It's really too close or too far for us to
patronize with any regularity.
There are all sorts of purveyors of food and goods at
that exit.

I have been known to go up for 4th helping.
I think they will start issuing me only one ticket so I do not scarf
up all that ice cream.
I think its about time I win the Pine GMC race again, so I will be
bringing another one to race.
