I am looking for the fold-away table that goes between the two swivel chairs on some GMC's. My 75 Palm Beach had one and at that time I remember seeing that someone was reproducing them out of solid wood. Does anyone know if one of these tables is available? If anyone knows where I can get one, please email direct to lance@vonprum.com.

JR Slaton has a very nice one.
Based on the products he makes, I would contact him.
Should you need contact info, please advise.

I checked his web site and that's not the table I'm thinking of. The one I want is fastened to the wall. The stowed table pulls straight up then drops down in place.

since I need to keep the dinette as is, I've been looking for some kind of track I can use to just let the table rise and fall vertically along the wall. At the top, it would be set as it originally was, pull a pin or unscrew a knob and it would drop to the floor so the dinette can extend as a bed over the top. I originally hoped to have a way to do this strong enough not to need the leg, perhaps a triangular support piece joining at a strong point along the track, but so far I've been hard pressed just to find a way to make the adjustable track.

I thought I could modify an adjustable TV stand, or find some kind of adjustable shelf pole, but the closest I've found is too short, an adjustable support for a speed bag of all things!

Thanks,
