Thanks to all those have responded to my questions.
Especially the comments on a generator and methods to top off the batteries.
For the record, there will no coffee making in morning (don't drink the stuff) and no rooftop AC running (12v Turbokool will do the job in Alberta, Interior of BC, Montana, Idaho, Utah, my proposed hunting grounds) All the lights will be LED. Propane for a cooktop and tankless hot water heater, The refrigerator will have a 12V Danfoss compressor.
