Hi,
I have a '73 GMC with a closet door issue. On the door, there are two sets of locks (i) the day-to-day use main lock that has a spring loaded finger latch; and (ii) the secondary slide type latch used for when the vehicle is moving.

This inquiry addresses the (i) day-to-day lock. The receptacle for that latch has broken (i.e., the one on the wall to the right of the door). Because some small bits of it fell away when it broke, it cannot be easily glued (and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be all that successful if I did glue it).

Does anyone know any parts provider that can supply this latch receptacle or any substitutes that can be used?
Thanks!
Keith Lee (SF)
