Hello,

I am repainting the toll windows. I took the passenger window out, and noticed problems with the frame. The OEM installation was less than perfect. I have taken some pictures of the problems.

Looking for input on the best way to fix this problem. As you may see from pictures the body work is separated from the window area. The body filler they used was causing part of the frame area to be out of line with the window area. I would like to repair this area. What do i need to refix the body panel into the frame area, also what to use to refill the gaps in the area.
Not taken the other window out yet, but I suspect its going to be the same kind of setup....

Thanks for any help on this issue.

Be sure to punch a round hole on the bottom felt where there is a slit
on the frame.
There is a fin felt gasket when the two glass slides. If you need some
I'll send them as a comp. as it is not expensive as we use similar
ones on our Air Filter Housing that we produce.
