Very nice looking piece of work, Todd! I hope this proves to work well without any unintended consequences as it certainly appears to be a reasonably priced replacement for the stock one air bag system. Do you yet know what the change in pressure is to achieve factory ride height with your system vs the stock one air bag system? Likely has been posted before but if so, I missed it. Thanks for doing the development work to make this available to our community.

For those who are interested I have updated the photo site with pictures of my completed rear suspension. I have filled a handful of orders for the Sullybilt air spring kits. The kits like the air springs are built when ordered. The air springs can take up to 3 weeks and the plate kits take up to 3 weeks as well depending upon selected finish. Complete information on the kits is posted at www.bdub.net/sully/ http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/showgallery.php?cat=5972

I believe it to be in the 60psi range but Mark G has the most mileage on his system. Hopefully he will chime in

There is a spread sheet I think completed by Rob Mueller comparing all of the existing systems except the Sullybilt unless he has updated it.
The Sullybilt offers 3 3/4" lift and 3 1/2 of drop. Factory range is 4 and 4 respectively

Can anyone give a "head to head" comparison between the two OEM style replacements, the Sullybilt and the Single Cone (Fraley or Silvertone) system?
I am ready to pull the trigger this week.

Yes the firestone bag has an internal bump stop and downward travel is 1/2" less with the firestone bag and Sullybilt bracket system than I would inquire about the range of travel offered by the Southland system if factory like leveling is important to you.

Does the bag utilized in the Sullybilt have an internal stop for those of us with 73 coaches that will go all the way down and bust the wheel well liner when flat?
