Hi all,
I would like to add a dash switch to start/stop the Onan from the drivers seat but also keep the original switch.
Does anyone have a wiring diagram or information on how to do this??
Thanks,

I did this about 20 years ago. You just run a wire from the existing Onan start switch. That is a double throw switch. One position is start and the other position is stop.
Get a dash switch that has a single pole, double throw. It should be a momentary contact switch. That is, it can be pushed to the top of bottom but when released it will return to the center position. It will have 3 terminals on it. Ground the center terminal. Run a two wire cable from the dash to the Onan start panel.
Connect one wire to the top terminal of the switch and the other wire to the bottom terminal of the switch.
Connect the dash end of the wires to the top and bottom of the dash switch. Now, when pushed one way it will start the Onan and when pushed the other way it will stop the Onan.
If you would perfer to run the dash wires to the Onan control panel that is mounted on the Onan run the start wire to #3 terminal and the stop wire to the #2 terminal.

Forgot to say that I also put a light on the dash that shows when the Onan is running. Forgot how I wired it but if you can't figure it out let me know.
