I know that this is not GMC related, but since a few here have been a part of aviation or have flown on commercial flights, I figured you'd get a kick out of this YouTube video I found. Enjoy & Merry Christmas!

Back a few years before US Air took over Piedmont Airlines (a great airline) I was on a business trip with a friend from Charleston, WV to St. Louis. On an intermediate stop (turbo prop plane) we were both on opposite aisles seats, the plane came down on one wheel and bounced over to the other one and back and forth three times. The lady next to my friend was frozen to the arm rests and terrified. When we were solidly on all wheels, I turned to my friend and said,"Nice landing". The lady slowly turned her head toward me and said, 'What airline has HE been flying on?"

There were two major disasters in Charlotte, NC one year. One was Hurricane Hugo and the other was US Air taking over Piedmont Airlines!

Isn't the saying that any landing you walk away from is a good landing?
