These were taken yesterday. Today the sun is out in
force. Most of the vendors are not set up yet.

You may want to look at the pictures that you uploaded as they appear
to have nothing to do with Quartzsite.

Thanks so much. I knew that was mm 99 when I saw it. That's our spot and we love it out there. Have driven that trail all the way back to that community in the background.
In the first picture, on the left, there is a couple that set up a little cafe. They have coffee for .25. I like to give him a dollar and ask him to put it on the tab for when I come in broke. He smiles and does it.
Life is good out there in January.

Dan, is Quartzite in the desert? Where is it exactly?
I have heard rumblings about it, no power/water/ is there a dump?

Is it set up like a big kmart parking lot and you just park anywhere? Never been so interested.

I-10, half way between LA and Phoenix. 20 miles east of Blythe, Ca.
There are paid dumps in town. If you stay out in desert you can pay 40.00 for 2 weeks and use a dump and get water. I think it is 180.00 for 5 months. No hookups in the desert. We stay in the Free Area.
