Any suggestions for a replacement for the engine cover rubber seal?
Home Depot has various foam weatherstrip products as well as a foam garage door bottom seal. Not sure which will work best.

Any succcess stories?

Gene, check with Overhead Garage door. They have a tubular continous
product that seals the garage door bottom against irregular surfaces like
concrete floors. Tough stuff, and the right width also.

If anyone has an OEM GM seal, I would be interested in doing a reproduction. I am working with a friend who just did GM G body T-Top weather strip as a GM restoration part. That was about 100 x more complicated at it is an intrrcate piece so this would be very easy to do by comparison.
