Ken, the v dash software is $500 and I don't think the v remote is more than that so a G for everything but a standard display screen and some sensors. Not counting the laptop cost.
I think this would be an awesome topic for a teleconference style brainstorming session. Those who know talking it out while those who are interested but not fluent with the technology listen/learn and give input on desired features. I would do it for sure if the cost was 2k or less for the equipment and I was supplied with specific info of how to set it up. Gotta go extract 16 bogie bushings now...
