Hi all,
While attempting to put new KYB shocks on The Stray Dog, I discovered that the front passenger side lower shock mount bolt had broken off where it is riveted to the lower control arm. Does anyone know if these are available?
Thanks,
Lyle

Lyle,
You might contact Tom Hampton at Grandview in Ohio and see if he has
an used A FRAME FROM A gmc COACH ONLY.
Do not use one from a toro/eldo as they are not beefed up.

Lyle,
Depending on the extent of the damage, this can be repaired. It is labor
intensive and if the area where the mount is welded to the a arm is torn,
it may be easier to replace the arm. There are photos of how I repair
these on the GMCWS tech site.
