Gutting my Trailer project, Unbelievable on how much electrical equipment in this unit, With four heaters two actual gas, one electric and the one heaterline,
The unit had two 6000 watt Onans with 9 plugins along the walls!
Man when you get these empty They are huge inside. Check out the Rear wiper!

No plans but we have racers that will be traveling to all the National rounds so it should get to you quite easily.
In the mean time keep an eye out for a rear cap or parts of one.

Jay,

You need to find a friend that has done some fiberglass work.
It would be a simple matter to coat the end cap you have with release and use it as a plug to make a mold. Then you can have a matching end cap. It would also be easy to modify the mold to make one end cap without window or light lumps.

Ask around, fiberglass molding is more common than you probably believe.

We have talked about that as we make our own Race Bodywork molds for our Road Race Bikes, It,s on the table. The factory look is what I,m looking for, Just as it might have been if it came if GM made it. As I heard they did once as a prototype.

I think Matt is on the right track. The original end cap is heavy and not that structurally sound. If you can replicate the surface you may make the functional part of it much easier.
