As stated in the article, seach eBay for “DC 12V Digital Temperature
Controller Thermostat Câ€
If you replace the final "C" with "F", you'll find the Farenheit version.

There's also a whole line of instruments and controllers from Auber Instruments http://www.auberins.com - they have great prices on the controllers, thermocouples, solid state relays, etc.
I've used their devices on gas turbine control systems, my lead-melting furnace, beer homebrewing equipment and a few other things. The price is right and the support is great too - it is a small company and you can talk directly to the person/people that designed the gear if you need to.
I have no affiliation with them other than as a happy customer.
