No, that photo is not Manny's grille. His consisted of an aluminum frame
with aluminum crossbars, sort of angle stock, welded across horizontally.
Very obviously not original.
I don't think he's made any in a year or more. The last time I talked to
him about them, several months ago, he was considering resuming production,
but I suspect he got side-tracked by the 1-Ton project.
