I would like to buy one of these alternator brackets, (if anyone has a
spare)

Make one out of a piece of 1/2" conduit using a vice to smash the ends and bend it. Then drill the two holes.

i made one too and thought i posted it to the photo site but it's not there.

mine goes down to a head bolt by #1 cyl. and is made from 3/4" angle iron.
