Tom,
Jim K. at Applied GMC is your best bet. Unless you can find a super deal on some used ones, I don't think you will beat his prices either.

Tom,
Short summary:
If you can possibly afford to buy a full set from JimK, just do it and get it over with......
I do not believe anybody here has successfully purchased new steel wheels. (After three tries - I quit.) There are steel wheels used on pre-87 GMC duallies that do fit. But, most that can be found are badly corroded and beat up. The cost and time to acquire, blast, (hammer out the digs and grind off the burrs), paint and then reject those that are not true, is so high that if you can possibly afford to buy a new set of alloy from JimK, I strongly suggest that you do just that.
I have very limited resources and about two years before I need the first pair. It has taken me more than a year to collect seven wheels and of the nine collected so far, three will be probably have to be scrapped. The 34 pounds is also a little harder to handle than the 20 pounds that an Eagle weights.

I have purchased new steel wheel(s)..
The 'Chinese' one's fit normal GMC's ok, if you have 80mm front calipers, they need a little grinding of caliper body to adequately clear, (less the 1/4 inch) or use the thin spacers and hub extenders, 70mm will clear ok.
IIRC, I 'think' I got it from JimK, but one of us doesn't remember.
