Finally figured out how to upload pictures and have included the results of installing Jim K's EFI on the new aluminum manifold. Also the pictures of the modification Sherry and I made on the dinette area to make more room for us when traveling. The cabinets were in the unit when we purchased it. I assume one of the PO's installed. They are all made of similar materials and construction and they all use the same odd mounting screws so they may have come from factory. The PO had made several improvements to unit like a vacumn chamber for brakes built into the front frame support and additional braking hardware so he could have made the improvement. Jim

Are the sides of the drawers and cabinet doors in the "extension" cut on the same angle as the rest? If yes and considering the fact
that the door / drawer trim matches it is possible that this was built at Avion.

The cooktop / microwave arrangement is the same the one in Double Trouble:

I assume the wall paper was on it when you got it. It seems that was a popular pattern as Double Trouble in the USA had the same
pattern!

If you take it off the curved wall you will find some very nice Birch paneling

The original vertical striped wallpaper was on it when we purchased it. We have since covered it with a new wallpaper. The old was still firmly attached to the walls so I did not try to remove it.
Where is the furnace on your unit. Ours is located directly under the microwave where I see you have storage?
