He bought it already complete, And is listing it because of a recent stroke.

Jay,

I believe that is a fiberglass bumper made by Bert & Faye Curtis. Here's a link to their price sheet, they don't have a picture
posted.

Or maybe one of the many made by Ocean Atlantic Services (IIRC) in Fl, whose
facility burned a few years back, putting them out of business.

Ken,

You sparked my memory when you mentioned Florida, last time I was down at JimB's he had a pair that I think the owner wanted to
sell.

Jay, here's JimB's number: (877) 275-4462

This coach is 6 blocks from where we are. I have not looked at it but a
friend of mine viewed it inside and out. He says the outside looks great
however the interior - no stove or hot plate, wet bath, and finishing inside
lacking the asking price point.
The owner was in our restaurant and said he bought it in the south eastern
states and paid $44,000 for it. Listed here on craigs list for 39,000.00
(craigs list for Vancouver, BC - then look under RV's - Langley and surrey.
There are a few listed on craigs list right now.) he says he will take
36,000.
He is a real nice guy who initially paid too much for the coach.) Anyone
really interested email me and I will personally go look at it or any of the
others Listed locally on Craigs List.

To answer some: I am not looking to buy another coach. If I did I would
have to be prepared to live in them full time - ALONE!.

Jay,
There is no bumper cover that comes ready to install.
The one we see there has the top filler panel along with the bumper shell.
