Replacing water pump would have nothing to do with air suspension system. The electro level II normally has two pumps so if you have a single Viair pump then a PO has made some upgrades. This is not a bad thing unless he left you with no documentation about what he did. If you have no documentation then the PO did you no favors.
Can you confirm that you have Electro level II with single pump?

Getting ready to leave for Goshen tomorrow and, for some reason, the air compressor does not come on. The tell tale shows the air is low and switching the raise lower switches (Electrolevel 2) will actuate the relays which indicates to me that the 30A circuit breaker in the fuse box is OK. Everything seems to be working fine except the Viair compressor doesn't come on.
The last thing I did was replace the water pump.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Dan,
Sorry, I have Electrolevel 1. I replaced the Dana with the Viair a number of years ago and have never had a problem with it - until now. It acts like it is not getting power. Tomorrow I'll start at the pump looking for 12 volts and work my way back.
The coach has been sitting for about 10 weeks. I was hoping that someone has a suggestion of something that I hadn't considered.
I only mentioned that the last thing I did was to replace the engine water pump because someone always asks.

The salient question is, has the compressor run >since< the pump replacement? If so, troubleshoot. If not, look for every wire and cionnection in the area of the pump abnd other stuff you moved around.

on my system there is a relay next to the pump that runs the pump. from time to time the relay sticks and won't run the pump.
