Well...

Actually I'd be open to a 50% partner in the Phoenix area. I'd get a little coin to put in the airplane kitty (don't let the name fool ya, it's a ravenous, insatiable lion) and more importantly, someone would be using it more than I have been.

Randy, how about renting it out? I have some friends that may be interested in renting it in October for a rocket launch. only 60 mi away.
