1975 GMC: Transmode

eBay item number: 250884117774

To my eye, it looks like it started as an Avion. (Rounded corner across from the entrance door.)

It also looks like it might be Handi-cap friendly.

I agree. It does look similar to the Avion. Rear twin beds, side dry bath,
etc. The only thing that is obviously missing is the small hatch on the
passenger side, forward of the main cabin door that was access to the
full-width ski compartment (or whatever they called it). Possibly the P.O.
covered that before the previous paint job?

G'day,

I looked at this very carefully and noted the following differences between this GMC and my Avions:

1) No ski storage (as already noted).
2) The fridge roof top vent is not like my Avions
3) There is no roof top vent for the cooktop.
4) Oval stainless steel bathroom sink Avion's are square stainless steel.
5) Only four controls on the cooktop / oven; Avion's have five.
6) The water tank filler is on the drivers side just in front of the taillight; Avion's are on the rear in the passenger side.

Regards,
Rob M.
