Looks like sawzall with not enough restraint from gravity in the lower corners. Most of my window leaks originated from the top corners. The windows appeared to have settled with time leaving open gaps at the top corners. When re installed I will bond the frames to the skin with windshield urethane which will seal and add considerable strength to the walls

Thsnk you for the photos -- it's taking me a while to view all the detail you have included. Resizing the window openings is most impressive -- I believe GMC upfitted coaches may have been slightly better in cutout standards. I am also struck by the crack repairs.
While you are doing all this you may want to consider any need to correct "chipmunk cheeks" -- a not uncommon problem -- here is a link to Rich Sowers album.

The GMC built coaches had the window openings stamped out and were the proper size but unfortunately on some coaches (probably Monday morning) they didn't fit exactly on the frames. The outside made coaches, particularly the Royale, look like some one cut the openings with an axe. Since they bought transmodes they didn't have the window openings stamped out.
