I missed the GMCs but got a few pictures of cars. Next year I will be able to hook up with Matt and the rest since I now realize how things are set up.

Here is the best live coverage I found. It should really be hopping in a few hours if the rain holds off.

Maybe we can have a rally in the area the same weekend and make a big presence. I could put a few GMC's at my place if needed.

Three of us with two coaches met near the southern end at about 11 and drove the loop. There was Gary Mills and three passengers (I have already dropped all the names, Nick(s) Chapekis (the father and son you may know from rallies) and a cousin in the senior's (origiinal owner) 1959 Olds Electra 225 (an unmolested relic is pretty good shape), the yours truly with Mary (the driver), my daughter, Marguerite (aka Daisy) and a eldest grand son (7) Derek.
The travel was way slow this year. That is both good and bad. That makes lots of time to look at the static displays, but it also means you are stuck in the gridlock with the same cars for long periods. (This is not always pleasant as some have open exhaust. It took three hours to run the 16 mile loop and we started at ~11. That left only time for one loop. I didn't even try to take pictures this year as I was passing off my good seat to the others.
Richard Waters took pictures:

If you see pictures of a stubby Glacier with QRs in the back windows, that was us. The QRs lead to gmcers.org.
We did see two other GMCs, Craig Lechowicz had posted his coach for the convenience of friends along the route as he usually does. And another I will describe in a sighting soon to follow this.
I could see a lot of pointing and picture taking. Three coaches was better for that, but imagine the attention that five or six would get! We really should work on using this to make for publicity.
