I purchased two of the Eagle wheels from Jim K a few months ago with the intention of eventually replacing all of the old steel wheels. I was surfing Applied GMCs website today and it looks like they are now discontinued! He has added a new wheel from Ion that looks interesting, but not as nice as the Eagles and obviously won't match what I already have.

It looks to me like it's just the lug-centered wheels that are discontinued. The hub-centered wheels are still there and the "Oh-Boy!" racer ION ones too.

Before you give up, call Jim K and see what he can do. There is a lot more to the man and his operation than you can find on the website.

Mark,
Your correct, we have so many different parts here I cannot keep up.
It is fun being able to help people that have questions and concern.

We have not discontinued the American Eagle wheels, as a mater of fact
we were forced to take 500 more of the hub centered ones this week.
The ALCOA wheels are discontinued, however we paid big amount to round some up.
After that there will be no more ALCOA.

Wonder whatever happened to the group buy on the reaction arm system?

Dan,
We need to move out the wheels out before Labor day.

Reaction Arm System will be at least $400 less and $300 less on the
Rear Disc system.
We need more people to participate else we will cancel the offer.

Joe,

You definitely can not read Kanomateze he's not talking about wheels he's
talking about the Reaction Arm and Rear Disc Brake conversion!

I'll interpret:

"Reaction Arm System will be at least $400 less and $300 less on the Rear
Disc system."

If Jim can get enough people to signup for a group buy he can reduce the
listed price on the Reaction Arm System by at least $400.

If Jim can get enough people to signup for a group buy he can reduce the
listed price for the Rear Disc System by at least $300.

so what are we talking about for the reaction arm and disc's at those reductions?

"Phase 2" brake conversion for all 6 wheels is listed at $1960, so I guess it would be $1660 after discount. Reaction arm system is listed at $2695, so $400 off would be $2295.

Guys, (Carl, Dan) don't feel bad. I finally decided on the Quad Bag and several new and cheaper, and perhaps better riding systems came out, one in my very own back yard right after I Installed it.

Hmm... Paint job or New Front End... Decisions. Decisions. Decisions.

SHE wants new Paint. BUT SHE wants safety too...

Chris,
I thought I was going to get to drive your coach to Topeka for paint and you pick it up and go to Goshen. I guess that did not work out. I plan to stop by Topeka Monday. I think Larry has a couple of GMCs there now. I will find out and have my camera.
Oh well, get it safe and trustworthy then paint it next year.
