I purchased my Disc Brake Kit from Applied GMC and when the first Master
Cylinder failed ,they gave me the Part number to get a new one locally.
When I applied Brakes ,the residual kept building up, until the Brake Pedal
got hard and could not be pushed in at all and it stopped ,the Motorhome
,without me pushing on the Brake pedal .

That's probably the difference -- the P-30 MC's I've had were for all disc
brakes. I suspect the "check valves" are actually "residual pressure
valves". They're used, for drum brakes, to maintain 10 psi pressure to
overcome the pull-back force of the shoe springs. For disc brakes, they'd
be used, designed to maintain 2 psi, to prevent fluid drain-back if the MC
was below the calipers -- certainly not the case on a P-30.

Really strange. And you didn't have to replace hoses?
