Yes, that is a flaw in the shipping module for the store
software. Go ahead and place your order, choose "Store
pickup" for the
shipping method. Choose cash on delivery for the payment
method. In the comments section, tell me if you want to use
PayPal or send a check. When your order is ready, I will
send you a note or a PayPal invoice with the total,
including shipping.
