Next week Kathy and I will be taking a trip in the GMC, to Flagstaff to get out of this Southern Arizona Desert heat. We will leave on the 23rd, spend Sat, Sun, Mon, and Tue. nights at the Flagstaff KOA. We then will be heading to Meteor Crater RV Park for Wed. and Thu. nights, then back to Munds Park for Friday night and home, to Tucson on Sat, 7/30.

This will be her "birthday trip" for this year.

If anyone is planning to be up that way, you're welcome to stop in and visit. Call first since we won't be just hanging around the RV parks very much. My cell phone is on the "Black List", or email or PM me. We will be driving through Phoenix Saturday morning, after stopping at Cracker Barrel, in Casa Grande, for breakfast.

Hello Carl

We were at the Meteor Crater RV Park last fall, just before we met you at the GMCWS Rally in Las Vegas. As I recall, it was a very nice RV Park and an interesting stop. Happy Birthday to Kathy and enjoy your trip.

Have a good trip!. I'm stuck in Europe sharing the roads with all these little cars tugging camp trailers on the highway. I have literally seen over 100 of them since I landed yesterday.

Jim,

Good to hear from you. Hope you're getting to use your coach a lot.

Chris,

Have you run across those guys from Top Gear yet? I would steer clear of those guys' home made "RVs" if you do!

Have a great trip. We took our maiden voyage to Mormon Lake which was nice (keep your expectations in check at the steakhouse). I think we'll be waiting until September for our trip.

Thanks Randy, we will. I was thinking of camping at Mormon Lake on the way home, but decided on Munds Park instead. It will make for a quicker get away in the morning. We might drive the towd over to Mormon Lake if we get to Munds early enough on Friday. Definitely looking forward to it.
