If you have the double overhead side cabinets then they are not too difficult to remove once you have found the hidden screws. Gene can probably send you a link to the photo site. Find the wire nuts for your undercabinet lights prior to pulling the ceiling screws

Thanks for the info. You probably saved me a lot of work and headaches. I suspect the water is coming in somewhere high on the roof and following the curve of the roof to the cabinet. Not looking forward to removing the cabinet but might just have to. The next challenge is figuring out how the cabinet is fastened as the mounting points are very well concealed.
