My AC clutch was bad. I pulled the compressor from the coach and have replaced the clutch. Now what? I put the compressor back in and am considering taking it to the shop to be recharged. The problem is that when I had it charged before, it still blew warm air!

My plan is to put it all back together and then have it charged up. Thoughts?

Well, I bought a cheap venturi type vacuum pump and a Bottle of 134a with a great can-tap+gauge at Harbor Freight. I tossed the 134a.

Pull a vacuum for an hour or so, then squirt in 3 cans of Duracool -you already have the right connectors. All you have to do is jump the connection on one plug, run the engine and shoot the juice.

I did this recently after over thinking it for about a month! It's easy and there is lots of help here.

I would post more, but I'm using my phone right now.
