I need a new master cylinder, however, my budget is limited (I need tires, etc.) so I question the need for a sensitized brake booster. What does it do for me??

Bill, it makes the brakes easier to access. With the old one I had to use both feet to stop the coach. With the new one, just touch brake pedal with one foot to get maximum braking power, which was not much until I did the disc and reaction arm.
Does not improve braking really, just makes it easier.
