Andrew,
Take a rear Wheel including brake drum to a Machine Shop ,they can make a
ring to fit in the space.I had this done, it cost me $20.00 per Ring.

Gene ,I have been reading the Post's and no one sugested ,Jim's rings .I must have missed a Post.
I didnt realive Jim, made the Rings.
If I were Andrew ,I would carefully measure the Wheel opening with a micrometer and give Jim a call ,to see if he has that size available.
