Looking for a recourse for a 60" overhead cabinet. The cabinet over the
stove/ sink is water damaged and the pressed wood is shot. I have a 76 Palm
Beach with louvered doors. Any thought?

If the doors are still good take them off and rebuild the cabinet using the old one as a template. My carpentry skills are pretty poor, but it's an easy job and with a decent stain you can come pretty close to matching the color in the spots where it is visible. I did the repair of mine over the sink with treated wood and high grade plywood and general minwax stain. Otherwise, call Alex Sirum or any of our GMC providers. They probably have a cabinet sitting in a boneyard or, at least in Sirum's case, have them made up occasionally. Shipping might be expensive...

If the doors are shot, and you want the closest possible match, your best bet is going to be one of the provider graveyards or a cabinet maker.

if the doors are still good, as in not water damaged clean em up with a bit of murphy's oil soap. then use the cabinet as a template to build a new one. I think I may use either and oak or birch plywood. depends on what flooring you have and how dark the doors are.

Once you replace everything that is attached to something else. It will all be fixed.
