That is a nice web site on changing the seal. Ken has mentioned a short while ago he went to Auto zone and borrowed the hub removal tool. You don't need the spanner thing a short burst of an impact and it will be off. I always just messed with it a bit and the ceramic came out& the cage came out with long nose pliers. Carefully installing a clean seal works. Before I knew of borrowing a hub puller I welded a nut on a 1/2" nipple and made my own. If you can't borrow one from an auto parts Harbor Freight might have them. Make sure the shaft doesn't have a lot of play in it.I think you will find it is a piece of cake except for putting the dang thing back in.

Ressurecting an old thread as have found a bolt in Replacement A6 A/C compressor with aluminium casing and Denso internals.
Threads are probably metric though.

The description doesn't note the displacement of the compressor, but here is what it says -
This is a brand new aftermarket air conditioning compressor. This is a modern re-design of the GM Harrison / Frigidaire A6 compressor. This compressor has an aluminum body vs. the original cast iron which results in a 20lb weight savings (Original design is 36 lbs, and this version is 16 lbs). This compressor uses modern Denso design internals, modern spring-plate clutch, and is fully compatible with R12 or R134a refrigerant.
