I don't know if this is a good deal or not, but I see it listed on www.1saleaday.com. It's $129 + $5 shipping.

philipswanson wrote on Tue, 24 May 2011 12:56 | There are some reasons it is so cheap. But if you want cheap and don't care, it is probably ok. It is a no name brand and it is probably made in China. The TV is not the highest 1080 resolution and the DVD player is obsolete. Not Blue Ray capability. ...

The screen is so small that the higher resolution isn't really needed. For an "underway" unit, the small size, being "all-in-one" and running on 12 volts without an inverter are all "plus" in my book. It is small enough to mount on the back of the Honda seats I just installed. The brand new, larger, all-in-one I have will not fit on the seats. I'll mount it somewhere else as a "parked" video unit and see how this smaller unit pans out. I just ordered one.
On Blue-Ray: With my eyes and lack of any large TV's I have a hard time justifying the added premium for Blue-Ray. Maybe some day, when cost isn't the factor it is now.

Also you can pick up standard used DVD's at garage sales and swap meets for a couple of bucks each.
