CHEVY ONE-TON FRONT END KIT

This is the Chevy One-Ton front end that Bill Hubler created.

I decided to streamline the kit with new parts to make it more
affordable by buying the parts at quantity prices.

We have over 100 knuckles and more are arriving almost everyday.
The drawback is the lower control arms that I don't have enough in stock. So
I have to charge a ($300) core charge so you will return your old arms..

So once the kit is installed and the arms are returned, you'll get
your core charge back.

The kit is $1570.00 each, for the first 50 sets.

The kit includes everything you will need, but, does not include the
80mm calipers, pads, or the brake hoses. These can be supplied upon
request.
I also have some tie rod ends if needed.

Manny,

I have not considered changing these components on my coach -- but you have my attention with this kit -- so maybe on my other coach, a 76 that was to be a future project.

Thank you very much for the work you have put into this -- great support of our GMC's.

Regards,
Dennis

Heavy sigh. I hope you are not sold out by the time I have enough "spare" cash to buy a kit (hopefully later this Summer). The first two upgrades I am going to make to the money pit are the Chuck Aulger reaction arm and the 1-ton front end. In that order. But only be after I rebuild the engine. So no certainty that it will be this year (given the rate that the house bathroom reno is "progressing").

The only time you see the spacer is when the wheel is off.

I like my coach with the wheels ON.

The response has been overwhelming.
As of this morning I have 22 orders for the kit.
I was worried because of lack of control arms on hand but Jim Kanomata
let me have a dozen.
Thanks everyone, you too Jim
