All,

This past Saturday I replaced the A-Window seals on the driver and passenger sides. I got a kit from Jim Bounds and came complete with instructions. One of the easier projects I have done. Have had lots of rain since installing the new seals and no leaks!!

See the photos I took of the replacement.

He has no catalog but you can see some of his stuff on line. See web site http://www.gmccoop.com/. Or just call him. Very nice guy to deal with, very helpful!

It's good to see the step by step pictures of these things. Thank you.
Is that small chrome molding by your window a stick on item?
It looks good.

Hi Harry,

Yes the chrome strips are a stick on. Something my Father-in-law added 20+ years ago! It is also around all the wheel wells and the windshield. Amazing that it has held up for so long.

Great job, Jon.
The pics are especially appreciated, as that is something I need to tackle one of these days.

What Carl said - many thanks and bookmarked too. Wink

The wood block trick is awesome although I bet a bit unnerving for the first few moments?

Thanks Jon!
