Aside from a new exhaust, I'm putting together an up grade list.
In what order would you do these?
Quad-bag, rear discs, Hubler front end, Reaction arm system.
As an aside, do you need to do the discs before the reaction arm?

How is your current front end? If it needs rebuilt, just go with the Hubler. If it currently works "ok" do the stuff on the back first.
How are your current airbags? If they "work" I would do the brakes/reaction arm first. As I understand it, you do not need quad bags for the reaction arm set up.
You need disks for the reaction arm, but not all the disks are compatible, and even for the compatible disks, the reaction arm will replace some of the disk brake parts... So I would do those at the same time.
So, considering an "ok" coach, disk/reaction arm, then Quad bag and finally the Hubler.

They're all great upgrades, but I'd probably choose the Quadrabag first.
If you're paying for someone's time on labor, then try to do the Quadrabag, Raction Arms, and Rear Disc at the same time, so the area only has to be dealt with once. The reaction arms do require the disc brake conversion if I remember correctly.
The Hubler front end could be done at a later time, but as with all upgrades, all it takes is money!

Hi Mitch
This is just my take and the way I am doing it QuadBag first because if you blow a bag on vacation (still work monday to friday ) you don't have many quick options other than an original bag $$$$$ to get you back on the road fast. Installed my Q bags this weekend not that difficult just found new muscles I did not know I had. Then rear discs
Followed by new front end lastly the reaction arm this equates to 1 project per year unless you have the cash to do it all at once. Just my opinion mind you.

Mitch, your air bags are fairly new, and I gave you a second spare set when you picked up the coach, so it seems to me that spending your money on other things first would be the best bet. Everything I hear about the reaction brake system sounds so positive, I probably would go that route first. The front bearings etc were all checked out by Denny Allen when I had your coach, so they probably can go to a lower priority, as relatively few miles have been put on it since then.
Only another opinion of course.

Thanks all. I have confidence in the front end,as Rob says, recently checked and looking good.
It seems discs+reaction arm is the way to go.
Wonder if I hit the Lottery tonite......

JimK might have a two stage upgrade path that might not total much more* than than doing it in one shot. (Give him (or the good people at Applied) a call. They might have some kind of "parts return" for the "extra" parts.)
*As long as you are doing the work yourself. If you have to pay someone to do the work, I suspect "a one shot deal" will total a LOT less than two stages.
