Yeah, but once again, it's all about money. You'll leave CA long before
they give up their SMOG inspections. Ahnold killed all those hopes.

Minnesota has no emissions testing or safety testing on any vehicle.

And if you get a collectors car plate it's a lifetime one time fee!

Almost makes up for 9 month long ( and counting ) winters!

Tennessee only has emissions testing if you live in a major city, Memphis,
Nashville etc.
You are expected to maintain your vehicle in reasonable condition.

Far cry from NJ!

Same lifetime deal on the plates.
