I miss spoke, as meant the spacer by going to deep with the grooves.

Don, Not that it really matters, but the computer people out here would like to know what software and hardware you are using to respond to email because your posts and email break the chain of messages in the forum, and apparently in email. Are you hitting the "Reply to:" button, or creating a fresh email response?

You would only have to make the grooves about the width of your Dremel cutting wheel..
It would be less than 1/16" deep and 1/16" wide.
