Lisa and I drove the coach down to Topeka Graphics today for our long awaited
paint job. Larry and his wife sure are awesome people, we had a great visit
with them.

We're so excited, after 5 years of doing mechanical things and renovating the
interior, we're finally getting the exterior painting done !! We plan to pick
it up in 6 weeks, just in time for Memorial Day weekend and summer !!

They had a GMC there that they had just finished, some woman's from Georgia, it
looked GREAT !

I have never heard of anyone complain about Topeka Graphics work. I have heard of and seen many of the GMCs that they have painted and they all looked great. I'm sure your will get he same treatment.

Good luck with your "new" coach.

thats good news Ray.... It'll look great.

Did you decide on a graphic for between the windows or are you letting that stay open?

there are a lot of graphics that might work, including the one you mentioned.

Again, great news, 6 weeks, wow. be interesting to know what their process is in prep and paint.

Looking forward to seeing her when shes done.

That's a long trip for a PEEK Larry. But I did give Larry a disposable camera
and asked him to take some pictures of the progress.

Lisa and I drove the coach down to Topeka Graphics today for our long awaited paint job. Larry and his wife sure are awesome people, we had a great visit
with them.

We're so excited, after 5 years of doing mechanical things and renovating the interior, we're finally getting the exterior painting done !! We plan to pick it up in 6 weeks, just in time for Memorial Day weekend and summer !!

Ray, I live 13 miles from Larry's shop in Topeka. If I get a chance I'll stop in within the next few weeks and get a few photos of the work in progress that I can email to you.

I have seen a lot of GMC's getting done at that shop in the past 10 years. Maybe someday we'll save up enough pennies to get ours done.

You need to use my approach Erv. Start prep'ing it for paint yourself and when
it starts looking so ugly your wife can't stand it anymore, she'll say GET IT
PAINT NOW !! LOL

Larry at Topeka was real good about sending me pictures as the design was done on my coach. I had him tweak the design a little as it progressed. It's amazing that his people can lay the design and stripes on free-hand. They get is to flow around the compound curves on the front perfectly.

I had a hard time getting my stripes to work out properly and that was only on the Pinewood coach!
