All,

The better half wants a bike rack for two bikes installed in the GMC. I had
one on my Birchaven, but sold it with the coach. Any suggestions?

Cheers,

I'd say Camping World may be your friend.
If you have a ladder, I think they have
racks that fasten to the ladder.

If no ladder, lots of places (auto stores,
Wall-Mart, etc.) carry bike racks that you
insert into a trailer hitch receiver.

Len,

We have one of these:

http://www.campingworld.com/shopping/product/xc-2-bike-racks/8166

It is easy to use and carries the bikes very securely. If we are towing, we will put the rack in the hitch on the back of the towed. I'm sure you could get a cheaper one but, as in most cases, you get what you pay for.

I'd like to install a 2" trailer hitch on the front of our coach, not only to
facilitate launching my grandson's pro bass boat, to also to accommodate a bike
rack. U-Haul looks at me with dollar signs in their eyes. Anyone got pictures of
a front bike rack installation on a GMC Motorhome? Thanks.

Obviously you would have to change the flat bar for a 2" square tube.
