Not wanting to deviate from the thread but answering the question about LPG & diesels, LPG injection is used to boost power by allowing a more complete burn of the diesel that's injected at firing, sort of like nitrous but no additional diesel is needed. About 20-30% is about the max. It also stops the black smoke on hard acceleration or heavy load as well as cool the air charge.There's a lot of info on the net, but this is a site I looked at.  http://autospeed.com/cms/title_Diesel-LPG-an-Amazing-Breakthrough/A_110053/article.html 
Never tried it, but it seems to have been around a while.
