Yeah oodle took it down.
Bounds listing doesn't show the interior.
Rear twins, bunk/couch and dinette.
But a real short kitchen to left of door and wet bath on drivers side.

There was an oodle ad listing a coach for sale in Alabama. Total scam, using exterior pictures of Harry's coach that is listed on Jim Bounds site. The interior shown was very unique and Bound's listing does not have inside shots, so I don't know if it is even the same coach.
Fortunately the oodle ad is gone, so unfortunately I can't reference the layout.
But what I liked was the very short kitchen just to the left of the door. Just a single sink and stove in width and the fridge to the rear of that. Then a twin bed. A twin on the other side with the side bath and the bunk/couch behind the driver.
It was very bright and open, room for several guests, not just a cozy bedroom on wheels. The scam offered it for $5,800, Harry's if that is his interior is listed at $69,900! I guess it must be a one off.

Don,
Here is a Coachmen I purchased with the thought of having two coaches.
The original owner had it redone very soon after purchasing. Facing sofas create a lounge up front, side dry bath, simple kitchen (microwave, sink and blender, no cooktop or oven) and large rear bedroom.

Thanks Dennis, I like that lounge area.
Why mount the spare backward?
And a kind of newbie wondering question. I have heard some say they wish there was more external access storage? If you make a permanante bed in back why not make outside access kind of like this?

You could put the spare in there for a clean look. But what else would you want in there? Unless you were a fulltimer you don't need suitcases.

Don,
The backward spare? I think the PO, previous owner, did that in order to store a water hose in the cavity.
On this coach the propane tank is under the sofa behind the passenger seat, so the propane door opens to storage area all across and under the rear bed. The mattress also lifts up to allow access to part of that storage area.

Many have modified or replaced the spare tire mount to have a reversed spare "tucked in" so it doesn't stick out past the bumper. They store water hoses or extension cords behind a hub cap or FLAT spare tire cover. If have this type of cover and do not reverse the spare, you end up with 3 nuts on the outside of the cover... (like my '78.)
Your idea for internal spare tire storage has been done. See:
<http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/showphoto.php?photo=28863>
Note the owner doesn't recommend it for most of us... it uses way to much space.
But if you want the clean "spare-less" look, but still want to carry a spare, you have to give up SOMETHING!
