Since I didnt get any hits on this, I went ahead and trial fit the wheels...
Whatever wheel they shipped me WONT fit..
I ordered the F029587's but the one's I received look like the F029588's..

Will contact Customer service on the morrow and go from there.
(Just passed 400,000 mark on my counting...1,2,3,etc)
I wouldnt buy any till I get this worked out..
Alcoa's/Eagle's disregard.

My storage neighbor ordered that p/n and it wouldn't fit either. I asked him to make sure he didn't have 80mm calipers on the front and he doesn't. No slam against Jim K but i recall that the wheel he received from him didn't fit the front either--I'm sure Jim took care of him but I found it all very curious.I was watching all of this with the intent of replacing my non alcoa spare with 16 steel. In the end, i removed the spare altogether.

My observation then is that there aren't any new steel wheels that fit the GMC, only from the JY...
If anybody knows different, then please advise.
May have to update the 'wheels that fit' article on bdubs site.

G'day,

It seems to me to solve the problem of what 16" steel wheel fits GMC someone
in the Dallas area needs to take a steel wheel that does fit to their
facility and have them match it.

If I ever find any new 16" steel wheels, this gives you an idea of what they will look like..

Charles,

If you get this figured out, please let me know. Shortly after DuQuoin, I shipped back all seven of the wheels I received. I have not had time to pursue the matter farther. I did not even trial fit. They were wrong.

I haven' seen ANY except for the one's Mac has on his coach and his are chrome too...
If you dont have one to show, they cant match it unless Mac lends me one of his for a indefinite time... Very Happy
Therefor, based on my experience, the list on Gene's site of wheels that will fit is only true for the NON-bell shaped wheels.
Now, if someone will only prove me wrong.
