If you have the roof penetration housing still in place, and the fan has failed, you can fab a fix. In my case a PO had removed the fan entirely but left the housing. I picked up a 12v muffin fan at a local electronic parts place for $4 and did a little sheet metal work to fit it in the existing housing. It works just fine. If you want a new unit complete, JK has them. Something around $80.

The motor and fan assembly can be purchased at any large RV dealership. It is a standard commodity item. You can also buy a Marine grade assembly from West Marine. Or, big change, cut a little metal and install a Fantastic Fan. Images on the photo site.
